To place an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the product you want to buy and add it to your cart.
  2. Review your cart and click “Checkout”.
  3. Enter your shipping information and choose a payment method.
  4. Confirm your order and complete your payment.

We process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier’s website, or on our website here.

Delivery time is within 7-15 business days from the time we receive the order.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic conditions and factors beyond our control. We will notify you if there are any changes to the estimated delivery time.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will try to make the change before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to contact the delivery service to make the change.

Yes, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Please see Returns & Refunds Policy. for more details and instructions.
