Returns & Refunds Policy

     Thank you for shopping at Mueller Shop. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining a refund. By purchasing items from our muellershop.online website, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Return Conditions

     To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and with the original packaging, tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

     The following items are not returnable:

  • Items marked as sold out.
  • Personalized or made-to-order items.
  • Items that have been washed, worn or altered.

4. Returns Process

     To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  • Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number. Send the package to the address we provide as instructed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item, defective product).

5. Refunds

     Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

     We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for a replacement.

7. Damaged or defective items

     If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

     Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.
